GfitGear is powered by Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & ACCURACY

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Custom Printing: Our apparel is custom printed via our print-on-demand fulfilment partner Printify. Slight variations in print placement may occur.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to change product descriptions or discontinue items at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may include limiting quantities per person or per household.

  • Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs only when we process payment and ship the item.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

GfitGear currently ships exclusively within the USA.

  • Title of Goods: Once we transfer products to the carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to you.
  • Estimates: All delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of GfitGear or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction or distribution of our designs without written consent is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 6 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

GfitGear is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is a service provider and is not responsible for the products, sales, or any injury/loss resulting from your transactions with GfitGear. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.

SECTION 7 - USER FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you send us creative ideas, reviews, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and publish that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial promotion. We are not obligated to keep Feedback confidential or pay for its use.
