Refund policy
At GfitGear, all of our products are custom-made to order specifically for you using print-on-demand fulfilment. Because each item is produced individually upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing preferences or change of mind.
We do accept refund or replacement requests in the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your item has a print quality issue
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us atย support@gfitgear.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement; your choice.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been dispatched.
